These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access and use of services offered by Lifebox Technologies Pvt. Ltd. operating under the brand name “Flashaid” (“Company”, “Flashaid”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through www.flashaid.in (“Platform”).
By accessing the Platform or enrolling in any Flashaid product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of Services
Flashaid offers technology-enabled solutions including:
SmartFee/SmartCollect – a fee management and EMI enablement platform.
Health Cover Products – access to health-related benefits and protection plans.
Flashaid acts as a technology service provider facilitating payment processing and partner services. Flashaid is not a bank, NBFC, or insurance company unless explicitly stated.
2. Eligibility
Users must:
Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Be legally competent to enter into binding contracts.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Flashaid reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate access at its sole discretion.
3. SmartFee Specific Terms
SmartFee facilitates automated fee collection via UPI AutoPay, NACH, and other supported modes.
By registering a mandate, the user authorizes debit of amounts as per the agreed schedule.
Users are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds on due dates.
Flashaid shall not be responsible for payment failures caused by banks, insufficient balance, technical disruptions, or third-party systems.
4. Health Cover Specific Terms
Health Cover Products are subject to specific plan terms, inclusions, exclusions, waiting periods, and eligibility conditions.
Benefits may be administered through third-party insurers, TPAs, hospitals, or healthcare partners.
Claims and approvals are subject to partner policy terms and underwriting guidelines.
Any misrepresentation or incorrect disclosure may result in denial of benefits and termination of coverage.
5. User Obligations
Users agree to:
Provide true and correct information.
Not misuse the Platform.
Not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
Comply with payment schedules once mandates are registered.
6. Limitation of Liability
Flashaid shall not be liable for:
Delays or failures caused by banks, payment gateways, insurers, or third-party partners.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Any amount exceeding the service fees charged for the relevant product.
7. Modification & Termination
Flashaid reserves the right to:
Modify services or pricing.
Suspend or terminate access for breach of Terms.
Update these Terms at any time.
