Refund and Cancellations Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy forms an integral part of Flashaid’s Terms and Conditions.
1. SmartFee/SmartCollect
  1. All onboarding fees, setup fees, platform fees, and service charges paid towards SmartFee are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  2. Once onboarding is initiated or completed, no cancellation shall entitle the Institute or Student to any refund.
  3. Mandate registration charges, processing fees, and transaction-related charges are non-reversible.
  4. Termination of service does not waive outstanding dues or charges already incurred.
2. Health Cover Products
  1. All premiums, enrollment charges, and service fees paid towards Health Cover Products are strictly non-refundable unless stated.
  2. Once coverage is activated, cancellation shall not result in any refund, whether partial or full.
  3. No refunds shall be issued for unused benefits.
  4. In case a third-party partner rejects enrollment before activation, any refund, if applicable, shall be subject solely to partner policies and may be processed after deduction of applicable charges.
3. Exceptions
Flashaid does not provide refunds except where:
  • Required under applicable law; or
  • Explicitly approved in writing by authorized representatives of Flashaid.
